Felicity Ananda’s unique and vibrant approach to healing has been very much shaped by her colourful life and upbringing.  Felicity Ananda was born and raised in Dublin but spent a large part of her early years growing up in a small Spanish fishing village where she developed a deep love and connection to the natural world.  She became intrigued by other regions, languages and cultures worldwide and set out on a voyage of self discovery, seeking a deeper understanding of her truth.  This led her to spend over twenty years living in countries as diverse as Spain, Ecuador, Japan, Thailand, France and the United Kingdom.

Influenced by the profound therapeutic effects of local philosophies, healing traditions, herbs and nutrition, in her twenties she found herself living in a monastery in Thailand, where she embedded the joy of Vipassana meditation into her life and qualified in Thai Massage with the Wat Po Thai Traditional Medical School TTM , Bangkok, Thailand. She continued her path of awareness and healing and is eternally grateful for her training as a Yoga teacher at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in France, then, as a Meditation teacher under the guiding light of Swami Saradananda, a senior-most student of Swami Vishnu-Devananda, and finally as a homeopath with the College of Practical Homeopathy. She is a fully Registered Homeopath LCPH MARH and a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths.Felicity is a devoted Reiki practitioner, practising the Usui ® method of Reiki healing.

Felicity Ananda holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Liverpool and is a fully qualified Secondary school teacher holding a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the London Institute of Education, specialising in Spanish, French and German and in special needs education.
