During these extraordinary times, my intention is to offer gorgeously restorative weekly mini urban retreats of 'Yoga, Kirtan & Earthsongs' in the forests of Killiney Hill, south Dublin on Sunday afternoons. Join us every Sunday 12:45pm-3:15pm, to reconnect to our essence & our hearts through gentle Yoga asanas, sacred mantras and earthsongs.
You are most welcome to attend EITHER or BOTH offerings.

During these tender uplifting heartspaces, we will firstly move in gentle hatha yoga flow practice together, alchemizing our bodies with our breath, as we set loving intentions & offer our prayers out into the world. We will then be invited to explore our souls voice by chanting and singing divine mantras and earthsongs in circle. A chance to further reconnect into our hearts, Mother Earth, our loved ones and to the divine with the potent healing vibrations of sound, song and the pure magnificence of the elements.
If you are new to our gatherings, you are warmly welcome. Please message me in advance and I will send you the exact location of where we will meet on Sunday afternoon and we will walk to our circle in the forest together.
Please bring your own mat, cushion, blanket, hot flask/water, nibbles and lots of layers to keep yourself cosy and warm.

What is Kirtan? Kirtan - is a form of Bhakti Yoga, Yoga of the heart, connecting to our hearts and to the moment through sacred sound. Kirtan is a form of mantra meditation which can help us uncover that place inside of us, our true nature, the ’guru’ within. It is a deeply potent and healing way to release stress, let go, unblock any energetic blocks or shift stagnant energy. During every session Felicity Ananda will guide you through some basic healing techniques such as EFT/ Tapping to ground and balance ourselves, followed by a gentle guided meditation before moving into beautiful sacred chanting.
In each session you are invited to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. No Yoga, singing or meditation experience is necessary. You are welcome to join the group in yoga, sacred chant or song or to simply lie down under the glorious tree canopy and bathe in the vibrant & nourishing healing vibrations of our collective voices whilst connecting to the ancient wisdom & whispers of the forest, the birds & the bees.
